Lindsay is currently the VP of Non-Regulated Commercial and Business Development at TC Energy. At TC, Ms. MacKay is accountable for the asset management and profitability of TC’s growing Canada Gas Non-regulated assets including Coastal Gas Link (CGL), the Alberta Carbon Grid (ACG) and new business development opportunities and strategic partnerships.

Since joining TC Energy in 2014, Ms. MacKay has held various commercially focused leadership roles in TC Energy’s Liquids and Canada Gas lines of business.

Prior to her current appointment, Ms. MacKay was Director of Canada Gas Business Development and was accountable for targeting capital investments that support reduction of emissions and increase customer competitiveness across Canada, by providing efficient, reliable and competitive offerings for decarbonization and the development of new markets in Hydrogen, CCS and LNG.

Ms. MacKay has over 15 years of experience in the midstream/transportation sector and has held leadership positions across companies ranging from the Railroad to Energy Infrastructure businesses in North America.
