The Pathways agreement is advancing. Binding commitments are targeted on or before November 15, 2026. Federal and provincial incentive frameworks are being extended to 2035. In 2025, this event drew 3,411 attendees from 1,436 companies and 55 countries - three-quarters of them with purchasing power. In 2026, they return with a signed national agreement on the table.
