Dr. Maryam Mkhani

Dr. Maryam MKhani has over 20 years of research, concept, and technology development expertise in the energy and energy-intensive industry, start-ups, and academia. She has diverse carbon capture experience in Direct Air Capture and in carbon capture from point sources in energy sector through collaboration with start-ups to develop emerging and leading-edge technologies. In addition to being a Subject Matter Expert on carbon capture in Advisian (the Consulting Line of Business in Worley), she is an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Schulich School of Engineering, University of Calgary, where she contributes to teaching graduate courses such as CO2-capture – Science, Engineering and Society.
