Kirsten is a Business Development director for Fluor Canada with 16 years of engineering, procurement, and construction industry experience spanning all project phases from pre-FEED through construction. She has worked on projects ranging from sustaining capital and maintenance scopes to mega-projects in North America and Asia. She has a background in supply chain, project management and project controls within the oil and gas, power, pharmaceuticals, and mining sectors. Kirsten has a passion for mentoring women in the energy industry and is actively engaged as a leader of Fluor’s Growing Representation of Women employee resource group.
