Daniela is Vice President, CCUS for Baker Hughes, where she is responsible for defining and operationalizing the company’s CCUS strategy across Baker Hughes in partnership with all relevant internal stakeholders. In this role she is accountable for delivering the strategic growth plan, leading the capital allocation process for new products and technologies, and liaising with the broader Baker Hughes commercial and sales organization on identifying new business development opportunities including early customer engagement, new product commercialization, and the development of innovative business models.

Daniela has almost 20 years of global experience in the energy industry spanning the entire value chain and covering technical, strategic, commercial, business development and M&A roles.

She holds a M.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Naples, and an MBA from SDA Bocconi in Milan, Italy. She is also a graduate of the GE Accelerated Leadership Development Program and more recently completed the Venture Capital Executive Program with the IE Business School in Spain. She is a member of the Board of Directors for Compact Carbon Capture and Electrochaea and sits in the Venturing Committees for ICS and Mosaic, all Baker Hughes CCUS growth technology companies.
