As the Director of Technical Services, Shannon Timmons, is responsible for management and effective delivery of technical services at the International CCS Knowledge Centre.Shannon oversees technical service delivery, ensuring high standards and strategic alignment across the organization. Driving efficiency in our project management processes, Shannon maintains market awareness and provide technical advice to the team and our clients. Before joining the Knowledge Centre, she spent 14 years in engineering, project management, and strategic planning within the Canadian upstream oil and gas sector, with a focus on coal bed methane, shale gas, and polymer flood oil recovery. Her expertise includes project management, execution, long-term area development planning, portfolio management, and large-scale project evaluations.Shannon holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Saskatchewan.
