Michael Szczachor joined ION Clean Energy in May 2025 as Vice President of Business Development & Sales. He brings over 15 years of leadership in the air pollution control industry, spanning engineering, sales, business development, product design, and program and operations management. Michael holds a B.S. in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Texas A&M University and an MBA from Texas Christian University. When he’s not building clean energy partnerships, he’s celebrating life’s wins, big and small, with his wife and three kids, bringing them the same energy and appreciation he brings to his work. A proud Polish Canadian, Michael lives in Dallas, Texas, and is a passionate sports fan, especially when hockey season rolls around.
