Cullen has held numerous key positions within the North American energy industry and is currently charged with managing the broad business development activities for Wolf’s Canadian CO2 assets, including those surrounding the Alberta Carbon Trunk Line (ACTL). He has overseen development of notable greenfield infrastructure opportunities while helping facilitate growth initiatives across the Wolf business, including the delivery of the ACTL where he led a team of engineering, procurement, construction, land, environmental, and regulatory industry professionals.

Prior to joining Wolf, Cullen facilitated progressively senior roles in the design, management, construction, commissioning, and operation of energy assets throughout multiple jurisdictions in Western Canada and the United States. Cullen holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Calgary and a professional engineering designation in the province of Alberta.
